TidalSense, a 13-year-old Cambridge-based healthtech company with a handheld breathing test for COPD diagnosis, raised a $19 million round with investors including Cross-Border Impact Ventures, BGF, Airstream Capital, and Foresight Group. Total funding to date is $40 million.
