Stride Bank

Stride Bank, an Oklahoma-based financial institution, was announced as the acquisition target of fintech company Chime for $590 million. Stride has historically served as a sponsor/partner bank supporting Chime's operations. Chime will rename Stride to Chime Bank and consolidate banking activities there.
