Vectorly was a video technology startup founded at MIT that built AI-powered filters to upscale and enhance video quality on-device, allowing users to stream low-resolution video and view it in HD. The company pivoted multiple times — from online learning tools for West Africa to video compression to AI upscaling and virtual backgrounds — before being acquired by live events platform Hopin.
