About NW Arkansas

Northwest Arkansas sits in the Ozarks — rolling hill country, historically rural — which makes it an unlikely place to find one of the largest corporate headquarters in the world, but Walmart is based there, and every consumer brand of scale eventually has to sell through it. That contrast is the region's real character: a landscape that still reads as small-town Arkansas, built around a retail-tech and supply-chain ecosystem that operates at global scale.
